We are confident you will love your Boussidan purchase! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders qualify for free shipping and require a signature  upon receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS and are fully-insured. After 3 failed delivery attempts USPS will return the package to Boussidan joaillerie.

On ALL purchases we offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING via UPS at additional fees calculated at checkout.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally via DHL Express or USPS first class based on your selection at checkout. You are responsible for all duties and taxes. Boussidan Joaillerie is not responsible for delivery delays as we have no control over your local post office and customs.

ORDER - STATUS: 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and unless otherwise specified will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed over the week end will be processed the following Monday.

Order status and tracking information are emailed to the address provided at checkout or send by SMS. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays.

If you have not received your order confirmation email please check you spam folder.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of most of our jewelry, One-of-a-Kind, Customized and Made With You, all orders are FINAL SALE.

If an item arrives defective we will repair it within (fifteen) 15 days of your purchase at NO additional cost. Please contact us at Hello@boussidan.com. Include a brief description of the issue and possibly a photograph of the item, we will contact you as soon as we review your request.

"Made for you" pieces are specifically designed with you and therefore non-refundable.
